All fees published on this Website — including those shown on the Services & Pricing Guide page — are indicative ranges only and do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance.

• Fees are exclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT) at 15% where applicable.
• Fees exclude statutory disbursements payable to SARS, CIPC or other third parties.
• Final pricing depends on the complexity, volume and specific requirements of each engagement, and is confirmed only in a written quotation or engagement letter.
• United States Dollar amounts are converted from South African Rand using a live third-party mid-market exchange rate feed. This rate is provided for indicative convenience only. It is not a dealing rate, we do not warrant its accuracy, and the rate applied to any actual invoice will be the rate agreed in writing at the time of engagement.
• International tariff pricing applies to clients ordinarily resident or incorporated outside South Africa and the African continent.

We reserve the right to amend published fees at any time without prior notice.

4. Professional Registrations

TFS Consultants and its personnel hold registrations and memberships with professional bodies including the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA), the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA), and the South African Revenue Service (SARS) as registered Tax Practitioners. Individual credentials are held by individual practitioners and are set out on our About Us page.

The display of any professional body logo on this Website indicates membership, registration or affiliation of the firm or its individual practitioners. It does not imply endorsement of this Website's content by that body.
